Making a link to Contacts page and showing 2nd dropdown option first

Hello Everyone,

I am wondering if this issue was talked about, couldn't find anything by searching the forum or using google...

My need is to make a link in one specific page to the contact us page, but I want this specific link to direct to a second email in the contact us from and not to the main customer service in the drop down menu.

If you go to the contacts page you can see that we have in the dropdown 1. Customer service and 2. Custom Grinder Enquiries.

I want to make one link to the contacts page and for it to show the second option from the drop down but to still have the other regular link to that page showing the first option.

Is it even possible?

So, are you wanting to make the user click a different link to magically pre-click a different item in the pulldown list? Instead of having them just choose it from the pulldown themselves? And this is all supposed to be still on the same page, not a different page?
