*[Done v1.6.0] Documentation shows inconsistent default for charset
In the "upgrade configuration files" option of zc_install, the dialog that describes character set says,
By default, Zen Cart® uses the Latin1 character set / collation for the database and files.
But the dropdown for character set shows UTF-8 as the default value (parenthetically indicated).
