Rewards point not working with super orders
I installed rewards point full suite module, but super orders not working fine
everything is working fine except :
SUPER ORDERS- not working fine
When I update status from pending to other status ( already preset in configuration )
The "pending " rewards are not transferred to "earned"
NORMAL ORDER MODE- working fine
However, when I update status from normal order mode , the "pending" rewards are transferred to " earned"
Anyone faces this problem ? Would like to know how to solve it
