Edit top banner text "Sales Message ...' & delete Congratulations! message home page

G'day

I have looked everywhere and cannot find where you edit the top banner text: ' Sales Message Goes Here' (Green Template) & also how do I delete the 'Congratulations! You have successfully installed your Zen Cart® E-Commerce Solution' message on the home page??

have you introduced yourself to the developers toolkit yet? Admin-tools. Put in the words you are searching for into the bottom box, select your search options and voila it'll tell you where to find three file to edit.
