Side boxes not showing

php 5.3.1 MySQL 5.1.66-cll

Clean install via ftp. Actually, I'm rebuilding sites after our server went up in flames.

I'm using the same template (Bare Bones) on 2 different sites with differing customization for looks. On one, the template works perfectly, no problems. On the other the side boxes won't show up. I've gone through the drill with tool>layout boxes controller, even to the point of printing out a screenshot of the one that is working correctly and setting the one that isn't to them but the boxes still do not show up.

Any ideas? Please.

Not sure what you mean by 'the drill', but did you click the Reset button at the bottom of Layout Boxes Controller after selecting the new template ? If so, we'll need to see the site.

Yes I clicked the reset button. Like I said, except for the look, the template is EXACTLY the same one as on another site that is working correctly.

Well, obviously something is different, or it would work. The reason I asked to see the site is so I could look at the source of the page to see where the page stops loading, if anywhere. You could try that and compare the source to that of the site that works.
