changing table image sizes

Where in my admin folder do I go to adjust image sizes so that they are in scale with the additional product tables on individual catalog pages.

Look at the "Customers who bought this product also bought... " and "New Products" tables at the above link for an example of the problem I am talking about.

First you need to optimize your images for the web
One I checked was 323KB for a small image
Browsers disply at max 72dpi

Then these display the small image while the product page image is the med settings

admin > config > images
