When I use the word "from" in my content, I get Internal Server Error. If I changed it from lower case "from to upper case "FROM", it works.
Does anyone have any clue how to fix this?

Could be a mod_security rule in your hosting company's server configuration.
Report the problem to them so they can investigate and fix it.
