PayPal module
I have read about this security issue that affects paypal modules in multiple ecommerce platforms

I'd like to know if there are patches available and if it affects PayPal Express Checkout module.
Here - http://www.cs.utexas.edu/~shmat/shmat_ccs12.pdf - the authors say that the issues affects also PayPal IPN module in zencart (7.3)
What do you think about it?
