Blank page - checkout_shipping.php

Hello,

In the cart, after click to start placing the order. I get that blank page.
I don't have any idea why it's happening.

Could you help me?

In the ROOT folder of your ZC installation is a folder called LOGS.

Go see what errors are being reported.
