how to modify character size and how to push downward text

hi all!

i'm sure that i dont use the rigt words to describe my problem (title). I wrote the welcome text to main page. Uploaded it (define main page.php), till this is ok.
But as you can see on the screenshot, the upper part of the text in the first row cant be seen.
how can i solve this? i'd like to push an enter button so that it goes down a line. I checked the css files, but couldnt figure out hot to solve this.
And also would like to use bigger characters, maybe these two can be changed in the same css file?

me again

i managed to push the text downward. i wrote this in the first line of define main page.php : <p> </p>
Honestly i dont know what this means, but realized that it does what it does.

Unfortunately i still dont know hot to change the character size and how to seperate raws or make the characters thick on main page welcome text.

Hope someone can tell.

These are questions about basic HTML and CSS, not really Zencart issues. To get you started, you could add this to stylesheet.css:

#indexDefaultMainContent {font-size: 1.2em;}

Separating the lines involves adding <br /> to the end of the previous line.

i managed to seperate lines with the given code, but dont know where to write this :#indexDefaultMainContent {font-size: 1.2em;} in stylesheet.css
