flat shipping rate not showing on cart page
Hello,
My site will only offer paypal express checkout. Thus, when a user adds an item to cart, they will be directed to the shopping cart page with only the paypal express checkout button. I commented out the code to do regular checkout, so there is no other button.
The problem I'm having is that the flat shipping rate is not showing up on the view cart page subtotal. And when customers checkout with paypal, there is no shipping rate carried over to paypal. I want a flat shipping rate for every order regardless of subtotal or anything else.
How can I accomplish this?
