Compatible with PHP 5.4.12?

I just got worked from my host that they will be upgrading our PHP version to the latest stable version 5.4.12. Does anyone know if this is compatible with the most current Zen Cart version 1.5.1? Should I be on the lookout for any problems with either the main code, or any modifications?

I have it working just fine on php 5.4.6, so I presume it will work fine on 5.4.12 to

FWIW, I have three ZC v1.5.1 sites currently running on PHP 5.4.12 and required no special modifications.
