Defining a new and pre owned price for all SKUs -

At the moment we sell games both new and pre owned copies of the same product. As things stand we have seperate Skus / products for each item version (one for new and one for pre owned) but I'd love to get to a situation where a customer clicks on one product and had a new and pre owned option price to choose from. Each pre owned price is set individually so it's not a case that I can set a global pre owned option = -20% etc

Is there a way to do this with attributes ?

Yes, that's exactly what attributes are for. Set the product as 'priced by attributes' when you create/edit it, and make the 'used' and 'new' versions as attributes, with different prices.
