International Per Item Shipping and Domestic Per Order Shipping
We are scratching our heads on this one!
Client would like $X for each item that is ordered Internationally (outside US)
and $X PER ORDER for each item that is ordered Domestically
We have considered installing the Dual Shipping Module but it doesn't seem to be reverse compat. between 1.3x and 1.5.1.
PLEASE let us know if there is a way to do this or what the best solution would be.
