cache folder deleted by mistake and site no longer online

Hosting company were today to delete the debug files in the cache folder but by mistake they deleted the whole cache folder so need to recreate the index.php and .htaccess files that go in this folder.

Also possibly the index file in the root of www.irishteatowels is corrupt / wrong.

Just get the files from a fresh Zencart installation zip file. Download link on home page of https://www.zen-cart.com

Normally you would clear your cache folder via your zencart admin panel

admin --> Tools --> Store Manager --> clean debug files

Was this not working for you? as that could mean some weird ownership/permissions problem

Not possible if you are unable to access the zencart admin panel.
