Yahoo Product Submit by Numinix Zen 1.5.1 usable?

I had used this with my old Zen 1.3.8 version. I have now set up a fresh Zen 1.5.1 store and all is working ok. I installed Yahoo Product submit v1.08 and no errors.
However thee is no link in the AdminConfiguration or Tools.

Anybody have a clue as to what I missed. Ive checked and I believe all files were installed and the sql has been updated.

If the mod has an admin component, it may have to be updated to work with 1.5.X. Some info here:

I created the file init_yahoo.php and uploaded it to /YOUR_ADMIN/includes/functions/extra_functions/init_yahoo.php but still nothing in configuration and tools in the admin.

What am I missing??

That means that if 1,000 users of this mod want to use it for Zen 1.5.1 you would charge each of them for one hour's work or 1000 hours x your hourly rate. If other mod providers update their mods to 1.5.1 without a charge why can't you do the same for the cost of what? $50.00 ????

Correction: zen 1.5. has a registration option in the Admin.
Just go to Admin>admin access management>Admin Page Registration and fill in the parameters. No file changes required.
