Question concerning installing Ceon Manual Card Add-on

I'm trying to install this module. Have copied all files into their respective folders (did not copy individual files). Now it's time to actually install the module. I printed out the installation instructions from their site. It says: go to Modules > Payment, click on Ceon Manual Card and then on install. I find all that except 'install'. I find nothing to click on to 'install'. After FTPing (using WS_FTP Pro) the includes directory. I'm now looking at the files with cpanel.
Just upgraded to V1.5.1. Can someone direct me to where or how I actually 'click' on install?

Nothing can be operated from cpanel

In your admin > modules > payment > ceon > install

Thanks for the reply. This is my first time installing an add-on, so sorry that I'm asking some basic questions. But if not the cpanel nor through my FTP program (WS_FTP Pro), then how do I get to the files so that I can execute? And is there supposed to be another file there that's executable or the PHP script will do everything?

I failed to mention that I tried to access through my browser: www......../store...name/includes/modules/payment/ceon manual card but I get an not authorized access error as well as a 404 error. Which is why I don't know where I go to install this. And I'm assuming (oh no, that word!) that if I finally know how to get to the file correctly, I would just double click to get it to install. Correct?

Bear in mind the security implications of Manual Card Processing. If you capture credit card info on your server and you do not:

1. Have your payment processor's permission to do this
2. Have PCI compliance on the server

... you could be in violation of your card processor's terms and conditions.

If a fraud is perpetrated on your site, you could be held liable for costs and damages - a situation that can be the death-knell for small companies.
