How to add additional images

Hi, could some one help please?

How do you add additional images. I tried to do it using image hander2
But images don't show up when i refresh the site. :smile:

if you scroll to bottom of this page you'll see lots of similar threads as this question gets asked a lot and there's heaps of info already available.
