Live preview option??

Hi! I'm an old school coder, and I've just started playing with Zen Cart. I am looking for a few specific features, and I can't seem to find them. I am working on a completely fresh install of Zen Cart, and these features will be the deciding factor on if I keep it, so there are no "integration" concerns.

What I need:

1. I have customers that will be ordering company specific products, so I need some way to designate product lists that are only viewable by specific customers.
2. Some of these products are customizable (business cards for example) that I would like to have the customers fill out a template, and see a "live" preview so they can approve their cards. Then, once the order is placed, I would like to have a "download PDF" option.
3. Is it possible to have orders have to wait for a manager approval before submitting the order?

I know, it's a lot, but other than that, I don't need anything else on the site.

One might google for a commercial module for zencart

"Product Design" tools are very complex and expensive to develop. I commissioned one for a client about 4 years ago and it cost quite a bit.
