Can't complete account set-up/check out in Google Chrome

Hey,

Anyone using our site via the Google Chrome browser gets a fault during account creation which prevents them from checking out...NOT GOOD! After being asked for their postcode the address is correctly completed for them, so the postcode finder element must be working correctly I presume. However once they have completed this page and attemp to continue to the next step they get an error message telling them they need to enter a postcode in the correct format! They can then continue no further with their purchase. This only happens when using Google Chrome. Does anyone know why this is happening or of a way to fix it?

I have attached a screenshot of the error message. Help VERY much appreciated :)

Are you really using ZenCart v1.3.8a???

Upgrade now on your schedule or wait to get hacked and then have to perform a clean and an upgrade

Thanks for the reply. We are going to upgrade but were hoping to find a 'quick fix' for this issue so we are not losing business whilst in the process. We do not want to rush the upgrade process as we obviously want the site we end up with to be just right!
