E-mail Error when trying to send email

After upgrade to 151, I cannot send emails from my site admin.

When I click customers, and click a customer to send an email.

I get this message. s

Send Email To Customers Text Editor Plain Text

WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again.

I refresh the page and the same thing come back up.
