Can I restrict certain shipping modules for different customers

I have two types of customers.
Regular and wholesale customers .
Wholesale customers are getting the product prices with the dualpricing mod

I was wundering if its possible to restrict the wholesalecustomers to see normal shippingcost and give them a separate shippingcost

I suppose you could put a CONDITIONAL into one of the modules that enables it only when the CUSTOMER TYPE is of a certain value.
