Random orders not recording tax information
I have issues with random orders showing zero tax.
I checked the database and the value for tax is recorded as 0.00
I also looked to see if there was a pattern to the problem, i.e. a certain payment method, certain type of shipping or particular product, but no, it really is random. It could do 20 orders without a problem, and then next time 2 before i get a zero tax invoice.
There are no states set in Admin, no specific shipping zones either.
Nothing stored in log files.
I upgraded from 1.3.9 to 1.5.1
I'm completely stumped on this.
Any pointers on where i could look for the problem, or what it's likely to be?
