Double Orders

I have had two orders on my site, order items twice. The orders are about 1 min apart. How can I find out if there is errors with zencart, or if it is an error with the customer?

Create a test customer account and place an order as a test

Will try and see what happens, my guess is the site is slow and they are hitting the back button, which re-orders the item
