Blank page in the Checkout Payment area

Yes, files exist for:

/includes/languages/english/modules/payment/moneyorder.php = Yes
/includes/languages/ANY_OTHER_LANGUAGE/modules/payment/moneyorder.php = Yes (for Japanese)
as well as:
/includes/languages/english/modules/payment/moneyorder2.php = Yes
/includes/languages/ANY_OTHER_LANGUAGE/modules/payment/moneyorder2.php = Yes (for Japanese)

(My store has two languages, English and Japanese.)

Are you getting any other debug logs when you try to go through checkout?
I just tried going through the checkout and got this:
[02-Apr-2013 08:22:53 US/Central] PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class remise_zen in /home/globalpe/public_html/store151.globalpeace.jp/includes/modules/payment/remise_zen.php on line 51

I am including it as an attachment just in case you should want to take a look at it.

What appears to be happening is that you may have two files that contain:
class remise_zen

most likely, one is a backup file and one is the real file ...

Do you have a copy or backup of the file remise_zen.php in the:
/includes/modules/payment

directory on the server?

Or, do you have the code file in the language directory rather than the language file:
/includes/languages/english/module/payment
/includes/languages/ANY_OTHER_LANGUAGE/module/payment

Sorry for the long delay in getting back to this. I had language problems that needed sorting out first!

Anyway, I had three copies of the remise_zen.php file! One in each of the locations you mentioned. To test things I changed the name of them, one by one to see which might be the culprit.

In the end I found that the store works fine without them.

I guess I should hang on to them so I will leave them in the folders for now, with different names, if that is OK to do.

It shouldn't be a problem with them renamed ...

I use names like:
original_name.php_OFF
original_name.php_HIDE
etc. etc. etc.

so now, I have the original name but they are turned OFF as the are no longer able to run as they are not php files any longer, they are php_OFF files, a non-sensical extension that has no meaning ...
