Export Products and Customers

I'd like to export products and customers from an install of zencart to migrate to a clean install. What's the best way to accomplish this? (I do not want to import the entire database, only the customers, customer history, and products.)

Also, one of the reasons for the clean install is it appears some where along the way the site was comprimised. It's unclear where, but I'm guessing it was sql injection. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to santized the data before importing into the new install?

Not importing the complete db is fraught with pitfalls as there are many interlinked tables especially between products and customers

If I only needed to export / import customers? (So prior customers could login to our new site.) Would that make it easier perhaps?

Customers are interlinked to many tables - address, orders, and the list goes on
