Is CEON Advanced Shipper older version 4.2.2 compatible with zc 1.5.1?
Does anyone know if Advanced Shipper 4.2.2 functions properly with zencart 1.5.0 and above?
Thanks!

Best to ask where you can purchase it

I thought I would ask for the experience of some actual end-users. Perhaps you could mind your own business, or is this how you build up your 25,581 "contributions"?

Hi Tim,
I'm using the later version so haven't tested but looking at the readme for 4.2.2 it states it is compatible with V1.5.x.
Kobra, usually I would agree wholeheartedly with your reply but users are stuck in no man's land with the sad passing of Conor and there isn't really anywhere to turn.
Kind regards,
Brent

If they can buy it - there should also be support for it through someone

A site with only downloadable products can work without human intervention, and make money without anyone looking after it.
Zen cart installation / maintenance / customisation / hosting
Supported Modules: Dutch language pack, Multi site, Dynamic Price Updater and more.

That is what is happening but not through any malicious intent. In memory of their son, Conor's folks are trying to keep the site going. I have no complaints with this as Conor's code is so good it would be such a shame for it to drop away. The ultimate plot is for JSWeb to take it over but in the mean time there is nowhere to turn. I for example have found a bug in the latest version which I have been unable to resolve.
Remember also that Conor put far more into the Zen Community with his free software than he ever took out so the current situation would be the last thing he would want.

I know Conor had no malicious intent  In fact, last week I purchased the advanced shipper module, for a shop I am working on.

True. In an ideal world Conor would still be here to support it, but sadly that's not the case.
At least his code still is, which is a good thing.

Agreed. Even if it is currently unsupported the cost is paltry compared to the value.

Post it, maybe someone is clever enough to fix it..
