ok. Problem with one of my hosts. I had to go back to my other host because my store would not function on my current host. Current host is using php 5.4.11.

Could be a red herring but I am not able to access phpmyadmin in the control panel either.

It means your hosting companies tmp folder is full, and hence cannot write to any databases. You need to speak to them and tell them.

that explains why server stats says temp dir 95%. Thanks.
