Re: Chase payment gateway not showing in frontend

My Site is not SSL for checout.
I suspect that Chase requires transactions to be transmitted via SSL

I know that I would NOT enter my credit card information unless there was an https session

Re: Chase payment gateway not showing in frontend

You don't appear to have SSL installed.
This payment method may disable itself if you don't have SSL

Re: Chase payment gateway not showing in frontend

You didn't mention that you're getting the 'Sorry, we are not accepting payments' error message. That problem is almost always caused by improper Zone setup or payment module configuration which prevents payment from the Zone the customer's address is in.

Re: Chase payment gateway not showing in frontend

While you may have access to secure pages on your site, it does not appear to be turned on via your file:
/includes/configure.php

Notice how when you go to Login that the pages are not secure?

Re: Chase payment gateway not showing in frontend

Hi,

I have tried to check the zone definitions and it shows correct to me. All are configured well. But I am still not getting the same error.

Here is my admin panel details : http://edanceschool.ca/admin_manage/
username : admin
password : Pratik@27

Front end user login details :
username : [email protected]
password : Pratik@27

This is the error I am getting " Sorry, we are not accepting payments from your region at this time."

Can you please look into this.

Thanks in advance

Re: Chase payment gateway not showing in frontend

Hi,

this one is our testing server. It does not have SSL, but I guess its not the problem of SSL. Because on our live server (Pawprint) there is SSL but its still not working.

As, stevesh mentioned earlier, I think it must be the zone problem. Can you please let me know about it.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Chase payment gateway not showing in frontend

Could you post, from the server, without your database username/password information for pawprintproducts the file:
/includes/configure.php
