"refund confirmation" email text.

Need some help.

In what file can I change the text for the "Refund Confirmation" email that is sent when an order is canceled? I've checked the FAQ and the forums but can't find anything.

Out-of-the-box, Zen Cart doesn't do refunds, and so there is no such confirmation email.
If you're getting an email, then that must be coming from an addon you've installed. In that case, find some text in that email and use that text to search using the Developers Toolkit:

I have used the Developers Toolkit and searched for everything I could find in the enail.

I use Authorizenet for credit card purchases.

Here is the email (html format when you look at the original) and deleted customer info.:

Just figured out that this email was coming from Authorizenet and I made the changes I wanted on their site.
