checkout step 3 of 3, display issue

While on the checkout_confirmation page, step 3 of 3

index.php?main_page=checkout_confirmation

the Sub-total, tax rate, sales tax and total are NOT being displayed properly, they are all left justified and the description are on the wrong side, as follow:

This code is outputting the html. I can't figure how to reconfigure it here, and I can't find the other defining files.
