Payment of deposit

Hello,

I am looking at shopping carts that can provide the following options:

1. initial payment of a booking fee to 100 pounds.
2. payment of the final bill at a later stage by logging in quoting a reference number.

Is this something that Zen Cart can provide? I haven't installed it yet.

Also, transactions must be processed using the 3D Secure (Verified by Visa / MasterCard SecureCode) service. Does Zen Cart allow for this?
