Site full of question marks after upgrading

After updating to 151 my store is full of question marks. How do I get rid of them? You can see them at bearlymakinit.com Just click on any category and you will see them.

Also how in the world do I get rid of the Heading-Title on the home page? I got rid of the rest of the zen cart message but everything I have tried has not worked.

Guessing you need to set your language files back to the previous CHARSET value.
See: http://www.zen-cart.com/content.php?313-should-i-convert-my-store-from-iso-8859-1-to-utf8

Having a constant displayed which is what "HEADING_TITLE" is means most likely that you have mis edited a file
In this case the file /includes/languages/english/your_template_name/index.php
Or if you do not have this file then
/includes/languages/english/index.php

Check that the pair of single quotes still remains
You probably edited

define('HEADING_TITLE', 'Congratulations! You have successfully installed your Zen Cart™ E-Commerce Solution.');

but left out the pair of single quotes

define('HEADING_TITLE', '');

Thank you very much. Got both fixed.
