Sub total and Total not showing on checkout pages 2 and 3

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out why sub-total and total won't show up on my checkout pages 2 and 3... I've been searching to see if I can identify the files which define those calculations (maybe they are missing) but to no avail, and in the forum I cannot find similar issues posted. Can someone please tell me were to look and what to do to solve this issue?

PHP Version: 5.2.17
MySQL: 5.5.30

add-ons installed:

backup_zc_v1
ckeditor_plugin_for_zen_cart_3-6
css-js-loader
jScroller Sidebox Package (which doesn't work, but can fix that later)
login_box_v1-6 (or v1-5, don't remember, seems I have downloaded both)
Shopping Cart with Image Sidebox

Check the Modules ... Order Totals ... do you see the Sub-Total ot_subtotal and Total ot_total are installed with green icons on them?

Do all of your Order Total modules have unique Sort Order settings?

Check to see if you have any errors in your debug logs ...

Is this a Clean install or an Upgrade?

Has this ever worked?

What happens if you switch to the Classic Template, do they show?

As I thought, ot_subtotal and ot_total files were missing in my order total folder, I just couldn't recall what the names of those files were and where to look. They had worked before, yes (this is a clean install), the fact is I was testing Numinix's fast and easy checkout add-on yesterday and probably deleted those 2 by mistake...
