product info page inside product info

I switched my online shop to a new server and i got everything working but the product pages are inside the info box and the add to cart button is under a tab.
i checked tpl_product_info_display.php file and it;s the same as the original server where it worked fine, and anywhere else ii could think of, idk y it moved down into the info tabs..

I believe that you have tabbed products installed for this and it is a 3rd party addon

thanks..had to uninstall it, looks better now .. i can t figure out why the search bar isn t bigger, i already resized it to 200px long, in the tpl_search_header.php i think it was ..

That should have worked. Did you save the edited file to the proper directory (includes/templates/classic/sideboxes) ?

BTW, before you go any further, create your custom template and copy the files you've already changed into those folders.

yeah it;s in the template folder, the "thanks for installing zen cart" message is on the index page and wont come down either..
and i plan to, just trying to get the design down.. can ii just copy the "classic" template folder to the same location and rename to "my_template" , i haven t read on how to make a new template yet but could that work ?

Only thing I can offer is that changing the the style="width: 100px" in both places in tpl_search_header.php to 200px increases the width of the header search bar in my test site at http://www.stevesh.com/demo. If that doesn't work for you, you have saved the file to the wrong folder, or you need to refresh (or restart) your browser.

haha thanks, imm an idiot .. should have realized the css buttons weren't enabled
also i noticed on my product page where it has the add to cart button at its showing a picture there and before it was a button, just like the search bar one .. not a css button .. how can ii get iit bck ?
