Changes to sidebars... very frustrated...

Thanks Diva! I am going with the banner swap within the Admin... you are right - when i saw the word banner that is exactly what i was thinking -HHEHEH... I am all set now! I also figured out how to get rid of the whitespace using the stylesheet. Thanks so much guys!
