Missing products in order

Hello! When I see a new order at the admin there is NO product! There is a total price etc. but NO product! Please help! Its a mess...

What payment method(s)?

Cash on delivery.. The only one active payment method.

That's odd what version Zen Cart and PHP?

v1.5.1 .. I red the other topics with similar problems but nothing.. I have orders and its an adventure to ask everybody on the phone what is the order : ))

Okay, was it a fresh Zen Cart installation or a 1.3.X upgrade? Do you have any addons installed?

It was a fresh install.. I have "category copy" addon and Apsona. If needed I can remove them now.

Unfortunately, nothing jumps out here. You are likely going to need to get someone to troubleshoot it for you. Check your logs folder for related error logs and post back if any seem related

But there at this line 120 is part of the Error function ..

What language is this?
What version of ZenCart?
How were the products loaded?

Did this ever function correctly?

This is at the time of the orderWhy are you increasing the products ordered by 1 million????
I haven't checked but the "products_ordered" field probably won't hold the result. Hence the error.

The lenguage is English, BUT i use UTF8 because I have words at cyrillic.

If it does - then you need to look at why the +1,000,000 is being added

Ok looking at it again it is incrementing products_ordered by 1
then there is a "comma" indicating another field should be altered.
but all thats there is '000000'
The error is in the calling file, NOT in the file query_factory.php

Well I will keep looking at the error logs for problems with the 100000, but for now everything works fine. Thanks again for your time!
