templates & css not showing

Help help help.......
I've tried to upgrade to 1.50, wich did not worked out as planned. When I got back to the the old version 1.39 everything works in order except for the layout of the template. Non of the templates will work, not even the classic one. Overything is there in the shop where it should be but no images or fonts and colour show, what have I done wrong?

Thank you for your work, it was the Htaccess file wich was giving me hickups. Adjusted the file and now it all works again!
