No show admin data after move server with much newer PHP

The website work fine , but the admin no show data ... very strange .

Bluehost PHP Configuration
If you are not familiar with these options, do NOT change them.
This can cause all PHP scripts on your site to stop functioning if misconfigured.
NOTES:
If you have custom handlers specified in ~/public_html/.htaccess, changing these settings can overwrite them. If you are not sure, make a backup of ~/public_html/.htaccess before changing settings.

I set to :
PHP 5.3 (Single php.ini)
Same as PHP 5.3, but all subdirectories will use ~/public_html/php.ini

Same as PHP 5.3, but all subdirectories will use ~/public_html/php.iniWhich, in turn set off MANY "Deprecated Function" warnings. You'll need to fix all the code that's not 5.3 compatible.

You should upgrade your Zen Cart to a newer version which is compatible with PHP 5.3. Yours is not.

need upgrade zen cart ? But in my previews hosting is work good . in my new host have this problem bcz the php.ini
why need php.ini ?

I'm not familiar with this . How can solve this ?

In Zen Cart v1.3.9 and newer, there is no ereg_replace function call in html_output.php.
So, you are using an old version, or you have an obsolete addon installed which has changed that file.
And, if you've got obsolete code in that file, you probably also have it in many other files.
