an easy solution could be:
- find the file with the link to http://gsgd.co.uk/sandbox/jquery/easing/jquery.easing.1.3.js , by using the search function of the dev tools in your admin, and remove the link.
- Download the script, and save it to includes/YOUR_TEMPLATE/jscript/jscript_jquery.easing.1.3.js
