Shipping weight different in estimate

I set up my shipping to have the table by weight. I am going through and ordering things as a test and click estimate shipping and I see this:

I go to check out and see this for the shipping weight

This is currently the only shipping method available to use on this order.

Somehow the store is adding three pounds on to the shipping weight. Anyone ever see this?
