Nope, I just installed on a 1.5.1 site 3 days ago.

I presume you mean Version: 1.6.4_1.5 for ZC 1.5.0 ?? This works fine on ZC 1.5.1

If you meant Zen Lightbox 1.5 , this was written for ZC 1.3.8, and I wouldn't use it on a ZC 1.5.x system
