Can't Add New Product from Admin

Hello everyone,

Im new to Zen Cart, I installed and configured my Zen Cart store. But now when I go to the admin > catalog > categories
and then click New Product to add a new product does not let me chose a product type. It just takes me to this blank page after I click new product. Please help!!!! :dontgetit

That dropdown should list the 5 default product-types.

If yours doesn't have them showing, then your database is damaged. Either something went very wrong during installation, or someone has installed an addon that's gotten things all out of whack.

If this is a brand new install, wipe it out and re-install.
