Paypal express checkout accepting credit cards?

Can you not accept credit cards using paypal express checkout? I am using v 1.3.9 now. If I upgrade to 1.5.1 can I then accept credit cards?

Your customers may use credit cards when checking out with Paypal Express (with any Zencart version), but they will be taken to the Paypal site to pay.
