My Cart Does Not Use Larger Image

I installed Zen Cart and installed a template which is supposed to show a larger image when the smaller product image is clicked. This does not work, and I think it's because I don't have a Zen Cart component installed.

When I upload a product with an image, the image is reduced in size so that it is appropriate for thumbnail view. This works just fine. However, there is supposed to me an image with the prefix "LRG_" which will display when the larger image is clicked. I don't see Zen Cart saving this image. What do I have to do to make this work? Is there a component I need to install?

Check the permissions on the directories:
/images
/images/large

/images appears correct, as I see the /images/tree.jpg ...

/images/large might not be as I cannot see /images/large/tree_LRG.jpg

Also, you might try turning off Image Handler to ensure that is not the problem ...

And perhaps switch to Classic Template to rule out a template issue ...

It looks like you are also using a Template Monster Template, these are known to give trouble whit light-boxes, and Image Handler (do a forum search for Image handler or light-box and Template monster)

Well... that's the problem. It's not actually saving a large image... at least I think it's not. I can't find LRG anywhere. :/ Is there some setting that could be preventing this?

I do not use Image Handler so you might try asking on the support thread for that forum ...

Ok, I can share more about this problem. I know that the viewer works fine. I can upload a larger image using FTP and it shows just fine. However, it doesn't save a larger image when I upload one upon product upload. How do I fix this? Is this an Image Handler issue?
