Search results are incomplete, some products not included

Search results are incomplete, some products not included

When doing a search, only some products in a category are being returned. I can't figure out why the others are not. Any suggestions?

This is the category:
http://www.satiama.com/cart/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=13_66

And this is the search result:
http://www.satiama.com/cart/index.php?main_page=advanced_search_result&keyword=%25&search_in_description=1&categories_id=66&manufacturers_id=&pfrom=&pto=&dfrom=&dto=&x=38&y=6

If I move one of the missing products to a different category, it does show up in the search results.

Apparently, there was a module installed at some point that allowed categories to be hidden. That module edited includes/modules/pages/advanced_search_result/header_php.php to not include those hidden products. Even thought no categories are currently hidden, those products were still being excluded.
