Image handler 4 gives fatal error with v1.5.1 fresh install
I did a fresh install of zen cart 1.5.1 and added USPS, Paypal, Easy Populate and everything works fine. The moment I added image handler 4 my admin becomes white screen. I looked up mydebug in log files and found the following error:

The real admin name is not shown here for security reasons. All the files it is complaining about are there. I have no clue what it is missing. Does any good Samaritan have any suggestions.
