Template Configuration appears blank in admin

My template configurations is showing up blank in admin. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

tools > template select?

or are yopu talking about the "configuration" menu??

I am talking about the configurations for Abbington Mega Template

In the configurations menu in my zencart admin. When I click to adjust my template , the settings are not there its blank
