I'm not providing any support for this add-on I'm just being a good zen cart member and opening another thread for the updated version of Autoresponder+ contribution.

Just found this add on & installed latest version with my 1.5.1 zencart.
I have gotten it to send me an email twice and now just cannot figure out the setup actually works
I have used the example setting from admin as well which is what I want to start off with ..
Is the Order Status ID taken from Update Status under orders drop down menu ..
Also how long does it take for the email to go out

Hi not to worry any more as I found my problem,
Had Subscribed set to true lol..Once made false it worked like a charm.
Still can't believe I missed this in 5 years of zencarting lol
as it is exactly what I have been looking for

could this be moded so that if customer signs up but does not order. The script e-mails them after so many days?

There are other mods available in the Plugins section that might work better than trying to modify this add-on. Suggest you do a thorough search there.

Hi, I am trying to install this mod. I am following the install directions and am on step 3. When I go to admin>Configuration>Autoresponder+ , the autoresponder + page is blank. There are no configurations in there.
I installed the sql patch and got a 9 files successfully read, I uploaded via FTP the autoresponder.php file to my root directory and uploaded the email and includes folder to the root folder. I also uploaded the contents of the admin folder to my renamed admin folder in my root directory. This last part was not in the directions. Is this why it is not showing up in admin?
Any suggestions would be appreciated as I could not find an answer in the faq's Thank you...

I figured it out. I uninstalled the sql patch and reinstalled it. I think it didn't upload correctly the first time.

I am not getting any emails being sent.
I have looked up the date of my last order and set the "days after" to the appropriate days. I get the autoresponder sucessfullly loaded message. but when I go to check for the copies of the emails there arn't any. Am I not doing this correctly?

Having an error when the program tries to provide a link to the products review. It couldn't capture that my zencart was installed in a directory under the original domain. Checked in the codes and found that the author has used 'dirname($_SERVER['PHP_SELF'])' instead of 'DIR_WS_CATALOG' in calling the directory - anyone knows why ? And could we just change it to DIR_WS_CATALOG ?

Inserted an HTML message but it would not show in the email

I know this thread is pretty much dead, but.....

I have this one two client sites. Both are Zen Cart 1.5.4. On one, the first character of the email, any email, is replaced with an 'e'. So Dear becomes eear, Hi becomes ei. On the other, the first character is replaced with 'C'.

I can find no reason for this. Any suggestions? Anyone else seeing this?

Passing $html_message as an array fixed this issue for both of my clients. A new version is being submitted.

After many and many tries, email test send and receive.
But coupon code for customers are not duplicated as the master (create only the code and nothing else in the db)

All works fine! into coupon code don't write the code ID, instead you must write just the coupon code!

Hi All,

A customer of mine is using this nice mod on ZC v1.5.4. and has to move on to ZC v1.5.5e, probably with Westminster Responsive Template, updated to run on v1.5.5e.
Does anybody has experience with Autoresponder v2.5 on ZC v1.5.5e?
