adding in orders placed by phone

is there a way to add to a new customers or previous customers, orders that they place by phone.

For the orders taken by phone, how is the customer going to pay for their order?

No subterfuge on my part. I was simply asking for a clarification and then I was planning on recommending one or more plugins (didn't know previously about the phone-order one) based on the OP's answer.

Sorry, I wasn't implying there was. It just seemed like You and Kobra had managed to set up an infinite loop, with the answer leading back to the question that would produce the same answer to the question.

It still makes my head spin <grin>
